Subscription Cancellation Policy You may cancel your Bountiful Water subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at hello@bountifulwater.com.au. How to Cancel - Log in to your account at bountifulwater.com.au and manage your subscription - Or email us at hello@bountifulwater.com.au - Or call us on 0478 511 759 What Happens When You Cancel - Your current billing cycle will complete as scheduled. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. - Any scheduled deliveries for your current billing cycle will still be fulfilled. - We will contact you within 3 business days to arrange collection of any Bountiful Water bottles in your possession. Bottle Return on Cancellation All bottles delivered as part of a subscription remain the property of Bountiful Water and must be returned when your subscription ends. Bottles purchased at full (non-subscription) price are yours to keep. - You will have 14 days from your cancellation date to return all loaned bottles. - We will send you an email reminder to arrange collection. - If bottles are not returned within 14 days, a fee of $10.00 (AUD) per bottle will apply. We will always send two email reminders before processing any charge. - Full details are in our Bottle Deposit & Return Policy. Pausing Instead of Cancelling If you need a break, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling. Pause through your customer account or contact us. Paused subscriptions can be resumed at any time. Please note that if your subscription remains paused for more than 90 days, we may contact you to arrange bottle collection. Your Rights Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you have received a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this cancellation policy. Contact us at hello@bountifulwater.com.au.
