contract, to process your payment information, arrange for delivery, and

(subscription management), and Klaviyo (email and SMS marketing).

payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone
number.
Subscription information
Purpose of collection: to manage your recurring subscription, process
scheduled payments, arrange deliveries, and track bottle loans and returns.
Source of collection: collected from you when you subscribe.
Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with Appstle (subscription
management) and Klaviyo (email communications).
Personal Information collected: subscription preferences (delivery frequency,
product selection), delivery schedule, bottle count, payment method on file,
and subscription status.
Customer support information
Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
Source of collection: collected from you.
Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with Shopify and Klaviyo as needed
to resolve your enquiry.
Personal Information collected: name, email address, phone number, and any
information you provide in your support request.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not

payments, arranging deliveries, tracking bottle loans and returns, and keeping
you up to date on new products, services, and offers.
Stored Payment Information
If you subscribe to our service, your payment information is stored securely
by our payment processor (Shopify Payments). We use this stored payment method
to process your recurring subscription payments and, if applicable,
unreturned bottle fees as described in our Bottle Deposit & Return Policy. We
will always provide at least 14 days' written notice before processing any
charge other than your regular subscription payment.
Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal
Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this
