Shipping policy

Delivery Areas

Bountiful Water delivers to the Gold Coast region (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and Northern Rivers region (Saturday). If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Schedule

  • Subscription deliveries: Delivered on your scheduled day (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) based on your delivery region.
  • One-time orders: Delivered on the next available delivery day for your region.
  • Order cutoff: Sunday 11pm AEST. Orders placed after cutoff will be delivered in the following week's schedule.

Delivery Fee

A delivery fee of $9.95 applies per delivery. This covers the cost of our driver delivering your water directly to your door.

How Delivery Works

  • Our driver will deliver your bottles to your front door or a safe, accessible location.
  • For subscription customers: please leave your empty bottles out front on your delivery day. Your driver will swap them for full bottles.
  • If we cannot safely access your delivery location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Missed Deliveries

If you will not be home, that is fine. Just leave your empty bottles in a visible, accessible spot and we will make the swap. If we are unable to deliver (for example, the address is inaccessible or unsafe), we will contact you to reschedule.

Delivery Changes

To skip, pause, or change your delivery schedule, update your subscription through your customer account or email us at hello@bountifulwater.com.au before the Sunday 11pm cutoff.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your delivery arrives damaged, contaminated, or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@bountifulwater.com.au. We will arrange a replacement delivery or issue a refund at your choice, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
