Bottle Deposit & Return Policy

Bottle Returns Bountiful Water operates a reusable bottle system. All bottles remain the property of Bountiful Water and must be returned when your subscription ends or is paused for an extended period. Returning your bottles: Leave empty bottles in a clean, accessible location on your delivery day. When you cancel or pause, we will contact you to arrange a separate collection. Unreturned bottle fee: A fee of $10.00 (AUD) per bottle applies if bottles are not returned within 14 days of your subscription ending. We will always send you two email reminders (at 14 days and 7 days) before processing any charge. Full details are in our Bottle Deposit & Return Policy. Refunds for unreturned bottle charges: If you believe a bottle fee was charged in error (for example, your bottles were collected but not recorded), contact us at info@bountifulwater.com.au within 14 days. We will investigate and issue a refund within 10 business days if the charge was made in error. Subscription Refunds If you cancel your subscription, your current billing cycle will complete as scheduled. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. If you received a delivery that was damaged, contaminated, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bountifulwater.com.au. We will arrange a replacement delivery or issue a refund at your choice, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
